TAIAN CHUANGDONG NEW MATERIALS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. ("Chuangdong", "we", "us") is responsible for the business inquiries it receives through the contact details on this website. We provide sales and export services for industrial products, working with manufacturing partners in China.

2. Information used to prepare and answer an inquiry

The project form uses crane type, requested load, dimensions, destination, power supply and application details to prepare an inquiry in your browser. Preparing, copying or downloading a brief does not submit it to us. The form does not ask for your name, email address or telephone number, and its contents are not saved in the website's local storage.

If you choose Continue by email, the displayed brief is passed to your email application to prepare a draft addressed to us. If you choose Continue in WhatsApp, it is passed to WhatsApp to prepare a message. You review and send the message in the chosen service. The direct email and WhatsApp links can also be used without completing the form. Please include only information relevant to your inquiry.

When you send an email or WhatsApp message, we receive its contents and the sender or profile details made available by that service. We use this information to reply, discuss technical requirements, prepare quotations and manage the resulting business relationship. We do not automatically add inquiry contacts to a marketing mailing list.

Where the GDPR applies, responding to a request made by you as a prospective contracting party is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform that contract. Handling correspondence from someone acting for a business is based on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant business inquiries. Hosting and network services process technical request information, such as IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information, to deliver and secure the site. Our legitimate interest is to operate a reliable and secure business website. Inquiry form contents are not transmitted to the hosting service by this site's code.

Our business email is provided through Zoho. WhatsApp is an external messaging service; its links load only when you choose to open them. These providers process data to operate their services under their applicable terms and privacy notices. Relevant inquiry or order details may also be shared with manufacturing partners, delivery providers and professional advisers where needed to prepare or fulfil your request, or with authorities where the law requires it.

No analytics scripts, advertising pixels, remote fonts or third-party media embeds are installed in this website. We do not use the website for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. International handling and retention

Chuangdong operates in China. Messages you send to us are handled by our team there. Our hosting and communication providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. The providers describe their processing locations and transfer arrangements in their privacy information. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your inquiry.

We retain business correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain the business relationship and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. The nature of the inquiry, any resulting contract and applicable legal requirements determine the retention period. Technical request records are managed through the hosting provider's security and retention arrangements. Browser storage has the specific limits described above.
